The Value of Skills

·         When an interview is lead, the employer will test the interviewee to see how capable and suitable he or she is to the job that person is. He will not see how well you’re responding whereas he will analysis where you make mistakes. So the best thing will be to be sharp, listen carefully, if he decides you’re not capable for the job then your efforts will go in drain without being noticed.

1.       Communication and Interpersonal Skills

·         Communication and Interpersonal Skills means that the person has the ability to explain clearly what they’re talking about and how confident they are when taking to the interviewer, this shows the employer that how capable you are and how will you work alone or in a team work, if you have good listening and speaking skills which could be used with a customer and how you answer a question.


2.       Problem Solving Skills

·         Problem solving skills are very highly rated in the modern century, having this skill is a bonus for any jobs. Most of the companies require people who are mentally sharp and can solve problems easily. 


3.       Self-Motivation + Determination

·         Being self-motivated and determined are the keys for a human, this shows that if you are really motivated to do a job and how much do u want a job and what can you to get the job.


4.       Working under pressure

·         Many job require people that can work under pressure such as; shipment etc. How a person reacts to a short deadline and how he manages himself for the work.


5.       Organisation skills

·         Keeping yourself organised and complete can in fact increase efficiency. It can help you to find important things easily such as; documents related to the business you work in etc. most of the companies require people to be organised, if not then the downfall is, if there is something required urgently you will mess up everything around you and probability still not find it.


6.       Team Working

·         In many jobs, teamwork is essential. It requires good listening skills, speaking skills and more importantly planning. How you plan your schedule, when to work for what etc. main thing that is required is that do you like working in a team or not.


7.       Adapting to the task

·         The ability to adapt to your new surroundings is must is a lot of jobs, because in certain occasions like shortage of staff, the managers can give different work in a different department. So then this skills is required to adapt the working area, work and the people around you.


8.       Numeracy

·         This is one of the key skills when applying for a job as the employers will want you to be able to quickly use data and mathematics to solve and they support any evidence you may have. Such as most of this things are based in IT jobs.


9.       Understanding the values of attributes


·         Many employers like it when an interviewee understands the value of key attributes, as it shows that you know where your values stand within the company.
